FAITH AND PRACTICE
Our faith centers in our Lord Jesus Christ who died for our sins, resurrected for our justification, that man can be saved by grace through faith, be born again through the holy spirit, and can live a new life in Christ according to the guidelines given in the scriptures, righteous, healthy, happy, and holy. And His precious promise that He will come soon is our only and ultimate hope in this world of phsical and moral corruption and the unresting constraint for spreading these good news to the whole world to make people ready for this greatest event of final consummation of the plan of salvation.(DETAIL SEE SDA 27 FUNDAMENTAL BELIEFS).

OUR CHURCH BUILDING AND LOCATION
Taichung church is one of the early established SDA churches in Taiwan. The old church building, after over thirty years in use was not only dwarfed by the surrounding buildings built in the last two decades of Taiwan economic prosperity, but its old time style and facilities cannot meet the need of modern church. The present church building is a an octagon, tabernacle shaped, the tallest in the whole city with a seating capacity of 400. When sitting in worship, you can see other worshippers faces. The communication is not only vetical but horizontal as well. The location is in the center of the city while the city is the center of the whole island. The complex is now housing a church, an activity hall, a kindergarten, a vegetarian restaurant, a language school, and also the Taiwan Mission office and 20 guest rooms, plus workers residence, all with various modern facilities such as air conditioners. Besides, there is a church retreat center at city suburb at a mountain foot which can accomodate 50 people for retreat meetings.It is a landmark worthy of your visits and it is also a good place for your spiritual enrichment.
